The author writes of the   most, it is being used to suppress the rejection  of the currency. The author also refers to a well regulated Militia and the right of citizens to bear arms which means so the rejection of a monetary system which the   Militia would back. In the 18th century the community would  have been thought  a common good as would have been  communism. The likes of Jp Morgan,Vanderbilt, and Carnegie would be the problem the author refers to in that if a state ding army on page 15.The American fear of a standing army. The point to again issue imposition of a monetary system and the type of arms you which would do so. The failure of citizens room maintain a Militia to depose the likes off Jp Morgan ruined the nation enabling a genocide up to 1887.
