H.G. Wells Peace Effort was Genuine not just about control

The idea is to try out U.N. Peace keepers instead of local Police to see if different out look would change hings.It would make a Gestapo not so easy to implement unless was able to manipulate events through propaganda to make U.N. Peace Keepers seem like riot cops.The record of Punic Wars and Roman Empire would indicate United Nations would be of benefit as would The Dark Ages and U.S. Civil Rights Movement.It is too bad U.N. Peace keepers were not the people to help end Segregation a school in the South to escort a black girl to school in the 1960's
