probably because of section 1253 of the u.s. military authorization to detain americans without charge they are seeking .odd the bill of rights specifically state tyrannical behavior is grounds for dissolving the government and for ceratain the uniform of the u.s. arned forces would have no authority anymore .

citizens would be authorized to fire on any military personnelwho made the attempt because those personnel would be hired guns not upholding the constitution.
