The Greene Wedding at The Gettysburg Lodges

My cousin Amber got married on November 22, 2013 in Gettysburg.  It was at the Gettysburg Lodges which was so beautiful!  They have 50 little cottages you can rent out and a big building to accommodate large parties.

Daddy and Andrew having a great time before the ceremony.

The best way to keep toddlers occupied is with snacks!

18 months old already!

Andrew and Emilie are 18 months old.  I can't believe how fast the last year and a half has flown by for our family.  Both of them are walking, running, climbing and baby talking.  They each pretty much have all their teeth and don't mind using them if they have had enough of each other. They trade sippy cups, steal toys and pretty much just love being with each other!  Trying to get both of them to smile at the same time is pretty much out of the question.

Daddy and his boys!

This sweater is from college if not high school.  I decided we better take a picture now so that we can  see if this sweater lasts till the boys are in college.

Jason and Joe our neighbors

We finally are meeting our neighbors now that school is in session!  This is Jason and Joe who live a street over from us.  Jason is one month older than the twins which means they will go to Kindergarten together and Joe is in Kindergarten with Jackson.  Their mom, Jackie asked if I would take some photos of the boys.

Hard to believe these two are in the same grade.  Joe is 6 months older than Jackson!

Halloween

I am one of the room moms for Jackson's class and was able to help out for the Halloween party.  I needed to plan a party without food because his grade has many allergies so the teachers decided all parties will not have any food or treat bags. We did two cute crafts to start out and then read and colored Green Witch, Green Witch. It is a beginning reading book and then acted out 10 Trick or Treaters!  It was a lot of fun and gave me a chance to be in the classroom for an afternoon.  Mike says I am itching to be back in the classroom.  Don't think I am ready to get back in saddle just yet ;)

Jackson with his teacher and classmates

That evening we had our neighbors and some families from the playgroup over to go trick or treating.
Jackson and his friends ready to go!
Ryan, Joe, Kylie, Jackson and Carson.  Notice the witch has her around the spiderman!

All ready to go trick or treating.  So glad we brought the wagon because Emilie was not into trick or treating.  Andrew had a great time. Emilie lasted 15 minutes and we were back to the house!

The only picture I have of the family and it is blurry!!! Captain America!
Jackson wanted to be Spiderman without the muscles!

Trick or Treating at Maefair

I organized an activity for our toddlers to go to the local nursing home in Trumbull for Halloween.  The residents loved it and the toddlers loved running through the halls trying to get the tennis balls off the walkers.

Hanging out at Benedict's Farm

Our playgroup meets one day a week after lunch.  This week we decided to meet at the farm so the kids could play in the cornpit, see the animals and jump around in the haystacks.  It was a fun afternoon.  I just wish Jackson could have come as well.

Emilie and Andrew having a great time going down the slide.

Andrew trying to steal Juliana's shoe.  Juliana is only 2 weeks older then the twins.
