Or if at all usually in a negatve interferring in police work way. Which begs the question of whether a mayor and city council in the course of their jobs do the same thing the police do. Also of interest he police and not town mayor and city coouncil and unions do not inform the baraeaved ones of their loss in the t.v. series plot.or prevent such a loss.
