Guns of Khartoum

A vein throbbed in the head of Corcoran as guns thundered seeking to batter down the walls of Khartoum.

These were the guns of the Mahdi armylaying iege to Khartoum.

abrubtly the guns fell silent and a sizzling sound could be heard.

Then from inside Kartoun corcoran heard the a woman scream.

the scream came from a nearby house in which to women struggled in the grasp of soldiers in black armour of unkown substance.

one of the women was a blck woman armed with a knife the other a white woman with sun bronzed hair.the soldiers had herr bent over the couch her breasts exposed by a rent in her shirt.

The sight of this enraged corcoran and he attacked drawing saberand pistol he sliced the heads of al in quick strokes.the armour had baffled his bullets..

then all of a sudden no place was safe and khartoum was ful of strange soldiers an entire army pouring in to seal offthe area.

once the this was completethe air shimmere and from this emerged a floating ship upon which sat a figure with the face of a skull.next to him walked a beatifull woman with strange yes some thing like a cat's.
