It was the year 2081 and the office of Handy Capper general had decreed through amendments,211,212,and 213 to the constitution that no one should be made to fell like something the cat dragged in due to someone having more skill than some one else.Every one was equipped with a radio in their ear reducing the intellect of all to avrage intelligence.The one day the Gneral Handy Capper office came for George and Harrison sons of Hazel berrigon.George was watching t.v. with Hazel berigon and could not help but think the sand bag and bird shot that weighed down the ballet dancers on the screen did not improve the performance of the dancers.George also thought the dancers were not very good.
